CAMMI MIFD Irma

September 17, 2017
Dear Friends and Fellow Managers, We hope that you and your families are well. Most of us are struggling to assess and mitigate further damage to our homes and properties we manage. The Marco Island Fire Department has requested that Managers provide them with an update and current conditions report as soon as possible. These are the specific items: •Power/Generator •Fire Alarm •Fire Sprinkler System •Pump (Domestic & Fire) •Elevators •Telecommunications/Phone/Internet Please email: [email protected] & [email protected] Be Well and Be Safe. We are very fortunate that the predicted storm surge did not occur. We know this is an extremely trying time for all of us. In a few months we would like to hold a Hurricane Irma Manager’s Forum with a number of field specific Associates (City, Mechanical, Insurance, Water Restoration, etc.) regarding preparations and recovery from a storm of this magnitude. Again Stay Safe, Stay Strong. All our best to you and yours! Shari Fairchild, President Community Association Managers of Marco Island

Message from President

The CAMMI organization was established in 1995. Many changes have influenced the way in which business is conducted. Some things however never change; the opportunity to help and learn from each other remains constant, cooperation and professionalism will continue to be of benefit for those involved. The Board of Directors has updated the Association’s governing documents and will strive to improve communications, education and events. We welcome the addition of Associate member representatives on the Board. CAMMI is about networking and community. Your input and participation are a vital part of this organization. I am honored to serve as President, please feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions that you may have.
