Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Condominium Manager and Board of Directors. Basic duties and responsibilities include:
• Produce preliminary financial statements for Manager and Board of Directors
• Process invoices and payments to vendors
• Invoice and receive Quarterly Maintenance Fees from Owners
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Oversee Guest suite and apartment rentals
• Process payroll and supervise staff of 10
• Organize and run Social Events for owners
• Assist associations Accountant with Annual Audit
• Must be computer literate and experienced with accounting software as well as MS Word and Excel
